Welcome to the website of the Polish Chapter of Marie Curie Alumni Association! We unite researchers who have benefitted from any of the Marie Curie or Marie Curie-Skłodowska actions of the European Union and are residing in Poland or maintain tight connections with the country.
Have you been a MC/MSC doctoral student, individual fellow, project co-ordinator or MSC-COFUND (including NCN Polonez) fellow? Join us!
To join you first need to become a member of the MCAA. The membership is free and you can sign up at the MCAA website. Then you just need to join the Polish Chapter Group and start following the group updates! If you have any queries, please send an e-mail to mcaapoland [at] gmail.com or contact one of the Chapter members. Alternatively please come to meet us at one of our regular hang-outs in Warsaw (see Activities – Networking).

2019 Polish Chapter Fall Meeting

On 6 December 2019 we held our 4th General Meeting . This time we met in Wrocław thanks to the hospitality of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. 2018 Spring Polish Chapter Meeting

On 11 May 2018 we held our general Chapter meeting in 2018. We were hosted by the Institute of History of the Polish of Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. The meeting was followed by a professional presentation skills training. Please click here for more details.
Monthly MCAA hang-outs in Warsaw
February 2018
From February 2018 we are holding monthly "Stammtisch" MCAA hang-outs in central Warsaw. We meet in the evening on every 7th of the month, usually at Legends Pub&Bar in central Warsaw at 6 pm. Please check our Facebook for exact time and location! On weekends the meeting may be moved to the closest working day - all updates will appear on Facebook.
Maria Skłodowska-Curie's 150th birthday celebrations
November 2017
We celebrated the 150th birthday of our patron with activities in Warsaw and Gdańsk, including taking part in a gala dinner with MSC's grandchildren and co-organizing a Standing up for Science workshop.
