"Pocket Chef - Croce di Sant'Andrea" is a general-purpose calculator application for devices running Android and IOS.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service,
and describes how LVHB Tech Group® ( "We," "Us" or "Our") handles Personal Information (as defined below) that users ("You," "Your” or "User") provide to Us, or that We collect from You through the use of Our App.

We neither collect nor require you to provide us with any personally identifiable information to use this service,
unless you want to use our "CookBook" feature, which requires you to provide your name and email, in order to save in our database,
all your cookbooks and recipes.
The email-supported app does, however, use your email in case you want to contact us for any suggestion or any problem you may have regarding our app. This collected information are not used to identify you, neither for marketing purpose.
2. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we may disclose your information in the following circumstances:
With your explicit consent.
If required by law or to comply with a legal process.
To protect and defend our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or the public.
3. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
If you wish to delete your account and any associated personal information, you can do so by clicking on the "Delete Account" option in the settings page of the App. Once you delete your account, all personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems. It means that also all your recipes will be lost, and LVHB Tech Group® cannot restore in any way, neither will be responsibble for the lost.
4. Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App or through other communication channels.
