About us
We are the BioMolecular Engineering for Novel Diagnostics and therapeutics (BioMEND) Lab at Konkuk University, Republic of Korea.
Our lab identity, BioMEND, stands for:
Biomolecular Engineering: A foundation rooted in designing functional DNA, RNA, and proteins
Novel Diagnostics: Creating sensitive, specific, and field-deployable diagnostic tools
Therapeutics: Delivering targeted, intelligent treatments via exosomes and biomolecular devices
The BioMEND also conveys our vision - "to mend" diseases through molecular innovation.
