Miss Jr. Juneteenth

Escateryka (affectionally known as Essie at KWFS) enrolled in KWFS pageantry training and became the first annual Miss Jr. Juneteenth of Springfield, MA and will recieve a free entry into KWFS 1st annual scholarship & grant program in 2024.

Self Published Domestic Violence Advocate

Cordea Reid (in white dress) enrolled in KWFS self-publishing training with a KWFS program partner and published her book, Courage & Perseverance. Cacique Shatoyia Jones (red dress) made an appearance to support her book & writing service launch in Hartford, CT.

Former KWFS Intern, Current Sports PR Professional

Briana Watson, former KWFS Intern, enrolled in KWFS Internship Program working as PR and Marketing Intern with First Ladies of Poverty Foundation, now First Generation Wealth Builders. Within 3 months, she secured her dream Sports PR role with a KWFS program partner.

Excellency Training

Our signature ልዕልት KWFS Excellency Training multi-lingual program consists of a 4 Tier, 10 module curriculum that provides the women who enroll with the skills they need to become the top 1% of influential forces in and out of their homes in alignment with feminine grace.

Live On Campus

In addition to virtual / online classes, we provide an option to live or train on-campus to complete training.  We offer weekly, monthly and quarterly stay options. Our 1:1 private trainings allow our women, referred to as heiresses, to have personalized training and support that is tailored to their unique strengths and weaknesses.
Our high-level skills training includes but is not limited to: Brand Development: Influencer and Public Figures, Communications & Public Speaking, Confidence & Self-Esteem / Self Love, Dance & Movement, Civil Law, Diplomacy, Feminine Graces: Feminine Health, Hygiene and Wellness, Homemaking, Image Consulting (Confidence, Elegance, Grace, Poise, Godly Femininity) and Personal Styling, Modeling, Money Management & Wealth Building, Pageantry, Vision Building & Legacy Preparation, World Languages & Culture. 

Multi-lingual Training

We currently offer training instruction in Haitian Creole, Louisiana Creole, Spanish, English, Chinese, Mandarin and French. We offer on-campus, virtual/online and 1:1 private training sessions.

Feminine Wellness

We provide a biblically-inspired, wellness-centered approach to all trainings and prioritize activities that improve the feminine grace, as well as the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being of the women we serve.
