Welcome! I'm a user experience researcher. I combine consulting, business strategies, design, and of course, user research methodologies into one to discover how to make impactful experiences for people.
I'm an observer, a people-researcher, inside and out of the lab. When I travel solo, the first thing I do is to sit on a bench at the most popular areas and just people-watch. I observe, listen, and soak in the vibe.
I'm also a pro at designing Google Slides mockups/prototypes that fool people into thinking I made them in Sketch.
