I am an Economist / Policy Analyst specializing in social policy and labour market analysis in the Jobs and Income Division at the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs. My expertise lies in conducting analytical and policy-oriented research on various labour market topics. I am also a member of the LinkEED2 network.

In 2019 I obtained a PhD in Labour Economics from the Department of Economics and Business Economics at the University of Aarhus, Denmark. My dissertation dealt with behavioral and dynamic aspects of job search as well as its relation to gender gaps in labor market outcomes using novel administrative data on individual job applications.
