Hi there!

I’m Jetta (J), an educator and a first-year Education PhD student at UC Berkeley, advised by Dr. Dana Miller-Cotto.

I am interested in culturally responsive pedagogy, the first-gen student experience, and creating interventions to help underrepresented students succeed in math. My work focuses on early math education and building numerical fluency in K-3 students.

I am working for a world where the best education is available to all, regardless of zip code.
