Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland is embarking on a new era to transform how students learn about career planning and financial literacy.
Our vision is to create a space where students can explore different career paths, gain positive adult influences from volunteers, and learn important life skills. This will establish higher standards of living in our community and ultimately drive the economic development of our city and region. Our Transforming Lives to Empower Tomorrow's Leaders capital campaign is centered around the need to pair education with the experience students need to be inspired.
Every young person deserves to believe in themselves and have the tools to succeed. This is what is driving the creation of Greater Cleveland’s JA Experiential Learning Center.
Students will complete a career interest survey to match their skills and interests with career pathways and opportunities in Northeast Ohio and beyond.

"The Veale Foundation has established a strong and trusted partnership with Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland through longstanding collaboration and support of educational programs for high school students. Tinkham Veale championed Junior Achievement for over 15 years, and the Foundation’s trustees are proud to continue this legacy by supporting the new initiative aimed at expanding access, increasing student engagement, and introducing the principles of entrepreneurship to a broader audience of young learners."
Daniel P. Harrington, Chairman of The Veale Foundation
The Veale Entrepreneurial Hub is where students will attend workshops led by some of our region’s most successful entrepreneurs to learn about ways products are created and taken to market.
Upon entering the JA Experiential Learning Center, students will complete a career interest survey to match their skills and interests with career pathways and opportunities in Northeast Ohio and beyond.
The JA Experiential Learning Center will feature over a dozen local businesses and leading industry partners to bring students the most impactful, real-world simulation. Students can expect to interact with and learn from a wide range of industries, such as finance and banking, healthcare, food and hospitality, insurance, STEM, manufacturing, and more.
Our new location for both the ELC and our office will be at 619 Prospect Ave E., Cleveland, Ohio 44115 -- the Six Six Eight building. For those familiar with the area, it's the old FITWORKS location right next to Geraci's Pizza.
