We are looking for highly motivated full-time Community Manager to promote entrepreneurial culture in all HUJI campuses. As part of the role, you will work closely with HUJI Innovate management to develop a community strategy for the center, nurture student communities and support their growth and lead events in all campuses in collaboration with university academic departments, research centers, and the student union, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a community strategy for the center - set goal and measurable objectives and translate them into a work plan.
Lead the center’s communities development program:
Identify and recruit local leaders to join the program.
Lead the community manager training program.
Mentor and support community leaders.
Approve small grants to support community activities.
Measure the impact of community activities.
Create and manage the center’s event calendar - work closely with internal and external partners to plan, host and facilitate the events.
Lead the production of the HUJI innovation festival on November.
Use a data-driven approach to identify strategic growth opportunities with an emphasis on increasing students engagement in the center’s activity.
Create, maintain and strengthen existing relationships with Jerusalem ecosystem partners and other key players in the tech sector, including founders, investors, NGOs, Academic institutions.
Develop project budgets and timelines and manage them, ensuring everyone keeps to the timeline and stays within budget.

Experience
Experience in community leadership and managing volunteers.
Experience as a workshop guide/ facilitator.
Experience in event production - a plus.
Experience in working with budgets and managing end to end projects.
