P.Hari 

I’m Hari Prapan, a Start Early Ph.D. Research Fellow in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Gandhinagar, working under the guidance of Prof. Manisha Padala. My research centers on mechanism design in machine learning, exploring how incentive structures and strategic behavior influence learning systems.

I hold a B.S. in Data Science and Applications from IIT Madras, an M.Sc. in Data Science and Applied Statistics from Central University of South Bihar, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from University of Delhi.

My core expertise lies in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with strong interests in algorithmic design, optimization, and data-driven decision systems. I’m passionate about developing intelligent, fair, and efficient mechanisms that bridge theoretical insights with practical applications of AI.
