We believe that Green Square Oasis is one of the best designed, best built and best run buildings in our area. Whether you are renting or you own your apartment, welcome to GSO, we hope you enjoy living here.  Green Square Oasis is located at 25-33 Allen Street, Waterloo NSW 2017 with entrances at 266 Pitt Street & 268 Pitt Street.

GSO is a combined residential & commercial complex completed in 2004 and has 151 residential apartments & 20 Office Suites. The retail occupants also include La Piazzetta,
All Spice Thai restaurant, La Coeur Nail Parlour & a convenience store.

With 300+ residents on site it is important for a sense of community that everyone's privacy and wellbeing is maintained. Our building has developed the following procedures to minimise problems & to foster a friendly environment. Please take a few minutes to learn the procedures and guidelines detailed in the next few pages.

We encourage you to develop a relationship with your neighbours, the building operations team and the strata committee.
