Shadow Work

No matter the service that you get, you will receive reflections and therapeutic prompts to guide you to the next steps of your journey. Shadow work is about inner child healing and processing through past experiences, to connect to our higher selves and raise our vibrations. This will help align you to the life that you deserve and release you from the holds of your negative core beliefs (how we view ourselves and the world).
