Hi Parents

My name is Becky and I opened Golden Moments in September of 2019. I am a licensed Home Daycare Provider, located in NE Rochester MN. I have over 15 years experience working with children in the Rochester Public Schools. Most recently I babysat part time for a Rochester family for their three children and I loved every minute of the time I spent with this amazing family. More importantly, I knew I was trusted with the safety and well being of their children. I have also raised three children that have successful careers and children of their own.

So why do I want to start a daycare? The short answer is because I love learning and exploring the world through the eyes of a child. And when adulting gets kind of boring, it's kind of nice to be a kid again. I can do arts and crafts, laugh at silly jokes, play make believe, listen to children’s songs and be a kid at heart again.

This whole daycare thing came into reality in July of 2019 when my husband and I bought a 2nd home to be used strictly for daycare. The nice thing about this is my whole house can be devoted to daycare. The boundaries between my personal life and my business life is separated by approximately 6.0 miles so it’s all good.
