F. Lalchhandama received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University of Technology Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India, in 2011 and Master of Technology (M. Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology Meghalaya, India, in 2016. His Master's thesis title was "Design and Synthesis of Boolean functions using memristor." He was awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India, on 26th October 2022, and the thesis title is "Scalable Synthesis of Logic Functions using Memristor Crossbar Array." He has published two journal papers and three International conference papers. He served as guest faculty in the Department of Information Technology, Mizoram University, Aizawl, Mizoram, from January 2023 till May 2023. He was an Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, India, from 16th June 2023 to 31st July 2025. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Mizoram.
Dr. F. Lalchhandama has been actively involved in co-curricular and sports activities such as Football, Badminton, Trekking, and Music.

1st August 2025: Joined the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Mizoram.
16th June 2023: Joined the School of Engineering, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, India, as Assistant Professor.
27th January 2023: Started a guest faculty position at the Department of Information Technology, Mizoram University, Aizawl, Mizoram (till 30th May 2023).
26th October 2022: Awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India.
25th April 2022: Submitted my Ph.D. thesis entitled "Scalable Synthesis of Logic Functions using Memristor Crossbar Array" to the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India.
