This Privacy Policy explains how execute. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account
• Goals: The personal and professional goals you set in the app
• Daily check-in data: Sleep scores, stress levels, and free-text notes you enter each morning
• Action outcomes: Whether you marked actions as done, skipped, or snoozed
• Usage data: App opens, features used, and general interaction patterns
• Device information: Device type and operating system version for compatibility purposes
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events in read-only mode solely to help schedule your daily actions around your existing meetings. We do not store your calendar events on our servers — they are used only in real-time during action generation and are never retained.
execute. offers optional in-app purchases including a Pro subscription (monthly and annual) and future premium features. All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card or payment details. Apple's payment processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We receive only confirmation of a successful purchase and your subscription status — no financial data.
We use your information only to provide and improve the execute. service:
• To generate your personalized daily actions using AI
• To produce your weekly review summaries
• To send your chosen daily push notification reminder
• To authenticate your account and keep your data secure
• To manage your subscription and in-app purchases
• To improve our AI models and app performance
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
execute. offers the following paid options:
• Free trial: 7-day full access at no charge
• Pro Monthly: $7.99/month — full access to all features
• Pro Annual: $59.00/year — full access, billed annually (saves 38%)
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings:
• Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions
• Select execute. and choose to cancel or change your plan
Cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.
All refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
We may introduce additional in-app purchase options in future versions of execute., such as a Team plan or premium feature add-ons. Any new purchases will be clearly disclosed within the app before purchase and governed by the same Apple payment terms described above.
Your check-in data (sleep scores, stress levels, goals, and notes) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your daily actions. This data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy and is not used to train their models without consent. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Your account data and check-in history is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Account settings in the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Subscription records may be retained as required by Apple or applicable law.
We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purpose of operating the app:
• Anthropic: AI processing for action generation (anthropic.com)
• Supabase: Secure database and authentication (supabase.com)
• Apple: Push notification delivery and payment processing
• Google: Calendar access only if you choose to connect (read-only, not stored)
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
You have the right to:
• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data via Account settings
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to specific uses of your data

execute. is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at nextstepllc20@gmail.com and we will delete it immediately.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of execute. after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
