I'm a props designer and recent graduate from Fordham University's Lincoln Center campus with a major in English and minor in Theatre. I love getting crafty and figuring out how exactly I can make whatever I need, whether it be for a show, a cosplay, or just for bedroom decor! I also really love the other side of props work, which is putting together all of the information about where and when props are needed in a show, and organizing that information to make it easy-to-read and all in one place. (I love using spreadsheets to organize information in general.)
I'm also incredibly passionate about theatre even outside of my aspirations. One of my favorite parts of living in New York for school is getting to see so many shows (often utilizing rush and lotto policies to see shows as cheaply as I can).
I absolutely love the teamwork required to coordinate every single moving part that goes into putting on a show, and I'd love to continue to be part of that through further props work!
I have a design philosophy: you have to make a choice, so make it a thoughtful one.
I take great pride in the level of detail and intentionality that I put into all of my creations, even when they are barely seen by the audience.
Currently: Props Design & Production Intern at RWS Global
