Cute little area to eat or relax during the evening or morning. Has lights and a fan. Shaded and cool. Small mountain view. Space for bike in outdoor closet.

Living Room and Dining Room

TV with DVDs, HDMI cable, chromecast. Wifi included of course. There is lots of greenery from the windows. Comfortable seating. Nap-able couches.

Your Room

Full sized bed. Ceiling fan plus the place is air conditioned. Dresser in large closet with plenty of space to hang clothes and for storage. The desk has an external monitor. Printer. I can remove any of these from the area if you would prefer a blank desk. Basic medical school textbooks as well.

Your Bathroom

Large bathroom to yourself with vanity, toilet, and duo shower/bath. Lots of storage. Entrance from bedroom. I will provide shower gel and shampoo/conditioner.

Laundry room

Fully functioning washer and dryer. You are welcome to share my laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Kitchen

Stainless appliances, granite counters, kitchenaid mixer, slow cooker, toaster oven, blender etc. Happy to share my basics like flour etc. Plenty of room in the fridge.

Pools

Two pools with hot tubs on the complex. One of the pools is located right by the gym. The bottom pool is near my unit.

Complex

Very well kept, safe, gated community. It is right at the edge of the affluent hills area and town. Close to the mountain and close to the hospital. Plenty of parking. I chose to live here because it feels safer than town. Gym open daily 7am-10pm. Usually empty.

River Trail

Literally at the backdoor! Great for biking, running. Extremely close to Trader Joes, Racquet Club, etc. Can walk to the store, walk to restaurants.
