Cesar Mora is a Venezuelan guitarist, educator, composer and entrepreneur based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with over 15 years of teaching and performance experience across Latin America, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Holds a Bachelor of Music from University of Arts in Venezuela. Winner of two major guitar competitions.

Former guitar instructor at The American University in Cairo (AUC), where he launched Egypt’s first Classical Guitar major (2016) and led a community outreach through The Guitar Orchestra System among other social projects. Founder member and senior instructor at Music House KSA first licensed music school in Saudi Arabia (2018), contributing in cultural projects, international examinations (ABRSM), teaching and team leadership. Mora actively collaborates with cultural institutions, Latin American Embassies, and Universities through solo, workshops or ensemble performances.
