I am a senior at Texas A&M studying Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, and Statistics, planning to graduate in May 2027. My interests lie in applied/financial mathematics and machine learning.
For a more in-depth summary of my prior research and projects, please refer to the linked page. Summaries are also included below.
My primary research interests are in financial mathematics and machine learning. Some of my prior/current research includes signature methods for rough differential equations, machine learning for polymer generation, and fast solvers for partial differential equations. While I currently research at A&M, I have participated in two prior REUs at Florida State University and Old Dominion University as well.
I've previously worked as a TA in the mathematics department and as an independent tutor in mathematics and statistics. I was also part of the inaugural class for the student-managed Sinn Hedge Fund, where I created and managed derivatives strategies. Some of my prior personal projects have included FEM modeling of car crashes, time series analysis for energy production, statistical modeling of Greyhound racing, and portfolio optimization using differential evolution.
When I’m not in school, I like to work out and play basketball. I'm part of a recreational league and find it a fun way to relax while staying in shape. I'm also a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Texas Tau Chapter, where I serve as the scholastic officer.
