Carrier Doping in two-dimensional layered materials: toward novel physical properties and electronic device applications
November 4th- 5th 2019 , Naples, Italy
We are pleased to announce the organization of the workshop “CA2D: Carrier Doping in two-dimensional layered materials: toward novel physical properties and electronic device applications”. The workshop is a joint initiative of the Research Institute for Interdisciplinary Science of the Okayama University (Japan) and of the Physics Department of the University of Naples (Italy). It will be held at the University of Naples on November 4th-5-th 2019.
The aim of the workshop is to provide a highly-specialized forum to discuss carrier doping effects in emerging two-dimensional layered materials for novel physics and electronic applications. The participants will report on a wide variety of scientific and technical developments achieved through the control of the charge carrier density in two-dimensional layered compounds including inorganics, organics, hybrids and topological/Weyl materials.
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Naples in November!
