• DESIGN- Development of comprehensive engineers' estimates using bottom up estimating techniques (Not Bid Tabs) with constructability in mind. Also can be tailored to CM- at Risk project delivery.

• DESIGN- Constructability Plan Reviews during development of Design Phases (15% PER, 30% Conceptual, 60%, and 90%) 

• DESIGN- Optional risk based contingencies for engineers' estimates in lieu of arbitrary percentage base. Risk analysis.

• DESIGN- Site assessments and feasibility studies

• DESIGN- Biddability Plan Reviews at 100% or PS&E

• CONSTRUCTION- Independent Government Estimates (IGE) for Contractor change order requests (COR). 

• CONSTRUCTION- Analysis of Value Engineering Proposals (VEP)

• CONSTRUCTION- barge load diagrams, crane lift plans, shoring and formwork design, estimating, submittal development,  RFIs, Field Design Changes (FDC).
