He currently serves as Lead Scientist at the Advanced Materials Technology Centre (AMTC), Singapore, where he leads translational research projects in the built environment sector. He is Principal Investigator of a Ministry of Education Translational R&D Innovation Fund (MOE-TIF) project advancing sustainable cementitious systems toward engineering validation and industry deployment.
