Approach to Providing Unbundled Legal Services:
After 30 years of experience i am an enthusiastic advocate for mediated solutions with at least independent legal advice.
Mediation: I have family mediation training. I have acted as counsel in more than 30 mediations in the last 5 years. I do not act as a mediator.
Approach to Supporting Clients in Mediation:
Preparation by clarifying and confirming facts as well as objectives so a mediated agreement is likely possible based on facts not feelings.
