This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Before After Proof", developed and published by Sylvain Rousset (hereafter referred to as "the Developer").

The Developer is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the application.

Before After Proof does not collect or transmit personal data to external servers.

The app stores the following data LOCALLY on your device only:

• Photos captured or imported
• Project names, client names, and dates
• Company information (logo, contact details)
• Optional GPS coordinates attached to photos
• Purchase status (Premium unlock)

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

All data remains on your device and is used solely for:

• Creating before/after projects
• Generating PDF reports and ZIP exports
• Displaying your company branding

The Developer does not access this data.

4. DATA STORAGE

All information is stored locally on your device.

The Developer does NOT:

• Upload data to servers
• Share data with third parties
• Track user behavior
• Access user content

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The app uses Google Play Billing to process Premium purchases.
Payment processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
The Developer does not receive or store payment details.

6. PERMISSIONS

The app may request:

• Camera – to capture photos
• Storage – to save project files
• Location (optional) – to attach GPS proof
• Internet – for Google Play purchase verification

Permissions can be revoked at any time in device settings.

7. DATA RETENTION

Data remains on your device until you:

• Delete it manually
• Uninstall the application

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This app is not directed to children under 13.
No personal data is knowingly collected.
