Asana & Pranayama
This is a combination of physical yoga postures (asanas) and breath control techniques (pranayama). It helps in enhancing physical strength, flexibility, and calming the mind.
Power Yoga Flow
A fast-paced and dynamic form of yoga that focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility. It involves flowing movements synchronized with breath.
Hip Opening
This session includes stretches and yoga poses that help in increasing mobility and flexibility in the hip region. It’s great for releasing stored tension and improving posture.
Core & Arm Strength
Designed to strengthen the abdominal muscles and upper body. These classes help in building stability, toning the arms, and improving posture.
Wall Yoga
A supportive practice that uses the wall to assist in yoga poses. It helps with balance, alignment, and deepening stretches safely.
Basic Yoga
A foundational class suitable for beginners. It introduces basic yoga postures and breathing practices to build a strong base for further yoga learning.
Hatha Yoga

Sun Series (Surya Namaskar)

1. What types of yoga classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa (flow), Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, and Prenatal Yoga. Each class is instructor‑led and designed for all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
2. Do I need prior experience to attend a class?
Not at all! Our studio welcomes beginners with open arms. Beginners are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to chat with the instructor, warming up the practice in a comfortable, welcoming way.
3. How can I book a class?
You can book contacting us by phone/WhatsApp or through instagram chat. We recommend reserving your spot at least 24 hours in advance due to limited class sizes.
4. What are your pricing plans?
We offer flexible pricing
5. Do you offer online or hybrid classes?
As of now, NO.
6. What should I bring to class?
Just yourself in comfortable clothing! We provide mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. Feel free to bring your own mat and water bottle if you prefer.
7. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Need to cancel or reschedule? Please do so at least 12 hours before class to avoid any inconveniences.
8. Are private or small‑group sessions available?
Absolutely! We offer private and semi-private sessions tailored to your needs—perfect for therapy, prenatal, or deepening your practice. Contact us to tailor a plan and price.
10. What COVID‑19 safety measures are in place?
We uphold strict hygiene: mats and props are cleaned between classes, studio is ventilated, and sanitizers are placed throughout the space. Masks are optional but respected if guests prefer.
