Step 1 → Mail documents (Chinese/English version) to the CLC office, including:

• Completed application form. → Fill out the application form online
• A copy of passport or ARC.
• 2 photos.
• A copy of insurance policy; please provide one of them: Overseas insurance verified by the local Taipei Representative office, Medical insurance offered by ROC government (Apply for it in Wenzao & pay the fee NT$1500 with tuition), Taiwan National Health Insurance Card.

Step 2 → The information of tuition payment will be e-mailed to the applicant after the application is approved.

Step 3 → Pay the registration fee and tuition.

Step 4 → Register in person at CLC office. Take a proficiency test for class arrangement.

• A financial statement, showing a balance of at least US$2000.
• Hospital health check report (including the results of Chest X-ray and a (German) measles test report or a preventive inoculation document of (German) measles released within recent three months.) → Health Check Form
• A copy of insurance policy; please provide one of them: Overseas insurance verified by the local Taipei Representative office, Medical insurance offered by ROC government (Apply for it in Wenzao & pay the fee NT$1500 with tuition), Taiwan National Health Insurance Card.
• registration fee (US$20 in cash for applicants who apply overseas, and NT500 for applicants who apply in Taiwan)

Step 2 → The information of tuition payment will be e-mailed to the applicant after the application is approved.

Step 3 → An admission letter will be issued to the applicant after the tuition fee is received, including

Step 4 → Apply for visa with the admission letter at a local ROC government representative office.

Step 5 → Register at CLC office. Take a proficiency test for class arrangement.

• I f you cannot start the class because your visa is not approved, then the tuition will be refunded completely. (The registration fee is not refundable)
• If the class is cancelled due to lack of students, a full refund will be made. Please come to the office to apply for the refund within 1 week after the term starts.
• A 90% of the tuition will be refunded if the class withdraw is made before the class starts.
• A 50% of the tuition will be refunded if the class withdraw is made within 2 weeks after the class has started.
• No refund will be arranged 2 weeks after the class has started.

• Please contact CLC for refund procedure and necessary documents if you are qualified for a refund.
• If you applied for a student visa using Wenzao’s admission letter, it will be cancelled by the Immigration Agency within 3 days of your withdrawal.
