About 110 North Hamilton Street

Built in 1919, the last century of 110 N. Hamilton's story is Ypsilanti's story. Built as a single family home, it soon became the primary residence of the Pullen family. This scrappy business family operated a diner on Washington Street while running a lunch counter right out of the home's kitchen.

Rescued from foreclosure in 2011, 110 was skillfully and lovingly restored by a couple determined to bring the home back to its previous grandeur - and then some. Restored and renewed with sustainable design aesthetic and ecofriendly finishes the house found new life.

Our stay began in 2014 and we went to work ensuring the outside spaces provided the same level of respite and sanctuary as the home itself.

Today, you see a total package of interior and exterior finishes in an unmatched location. Learn more about the home features here: https://bit.ly/3m6tP0d
