Hyperplane Arrangements and Japanese-Australian Workshop on Real and Complex Singularities

This meeting will bring together researchers in the theory of Hyperplane Arrangements with the eighth Japanese-Australian workshop on Real and Complex Singularities. It will also serve as a memorial conference for Stefan Papadima.

The meeting will be hosted by the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Tokyo, Komaba Campus. Most of the talks will be held in Room 002 of the Graduate School. Parallel sessions will be held in Room 128, while the poster session will be held in Room 003. More organizational details can be found here.

The conference is being supported by the University of Tokyo WISE Program (Doctoral Program for World-leading Innovative & Smart Education), MEXT, and JSPS. Partial support for US-based participants is provided by a conference travel grant from the NSF.
