Hi, I am Yilun Zhu, a PhD student major in ECE at University of Michigan, where my research advisor is Prof. Clayton Scott.

My current research focus is on the development of weakly supervised learning theory for estimation and classification. In addition, I am collaborating with other researchers on designing innovative imaging systems and algorithms.

As for the long-term goal, I am looking forward to design new signal, image processing & machine learning algorithms (based on concrete mathematical analysis) to find hidden structures and bring insight to the physical world.

Prior to joining U-M, I received my B.S. in ECE from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2020, with experience in: sensing for communication systems, image processing and 3D reconstruction.

Research Interest: Machine Learning, Signal Processing
