Our mission is to recruit, retain, and educate students focusing on the career technical education Engineering and Science Technologies career pathway.

Our goal is continuous improvement focused on incremental steps measured against our vision and mission requirements utilizing our philosophy as a measurement for how we operate.

Our goal is to produce students that are able to find their own way to a 2 or 4 year degree, getting an apprenticeship, becoming a technician, or being gainfully employed.

TTA strives to provide a non-coercive needs satisfying environment within the framework of a rigorous integrated curriculum and a team based approach. Utilizing Glasser's "Quality Schools" model, it seeks to meet these student needs: Survival, Love & Belonging, Freedom, Power and Fun.
