Password Issues?

Chromebook Issues?
Any chromebook that is:
1) Not charging
2) Locked
3) Broken
4) Can't connect to Wifi

In case you can't see the file above:
School-Issued Chromebooks should automatically connect to the INST wifi
Personal laptops/devices: connect to the BYOD network using your school username and password
Guest Network is not for students, teachers or parents. You will not be able to connect to this network.
Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues:
If your school-issued Chromebook is trying to connect to the BYOD network, go into the computer's "wifi network settings" and "forget" the BYOD network. It will then revert to connecting to INST only. (If you're prompted to enter a password for INST, ask your teacher to put it in for you.)
If your personal device/laptop connects to BYOD but internet pages are not loading, the issue is limited bandwidth and you'll just need to be patient!
