• May 25th - Passed 5000 downloads. Download rate is slowing down.

• May 6th - Over 3500 downloads since the first release 2 weeks ago.
• May 6th - Changed layout of the site. Moved screenshots/gallery into a new page and added links to the right.
• April 30th - Passed 2000 downloads in first release week.
• April 29th - Made a new blog: PAD and Color.
• April 25th - Added support for donations on this site.
• April 24th - Released version 0.12.2. Compared to v1.12.1: better support for faster hardware and different screensizes. A few small fixes and additions.
• April 22nd - Released version 0.12.1. First public version.

What is it:

A Java J2Me-MIDP2 game for mobiles and other hand-held.
A "Drakborgen" (by Alga) / "Dungeon Quest" (by GamesWorkshop) / "Drachenhort" (by Schmidtspiele) clone. Not using same graphics, names & similar to avoid copyright. For those that do not know those Broadgames, it's a adventure/rpg game with elements of Diablo/Rogue.

Features:

Your hero is very experienced but this is the hardest task of his life.

•  Search the dungeon for gold.
•  Avoid the traps and do not get lost.
•  Find the treasure hord.
•  The most important thing, get out before the sun goes down.

Hero chance of winning <10%, dungeon chance of winning >90%

Progress:

I have done all the java coding and most of the graphics. Friends have helped with testing and graphics. This is the first public release of this game. With most features/graphics and such I want in (like campaign mode), it's around 30% finished (but I don't think I will ever stop improving the game).

You can also play this game on a computer.

•  Go to MircoEmulator and download it.
•  Use this this link to start a java application.
•  Options/Select device.../Add... "Large device" or "Resizable divice" from the installed files. Ok.
•  If using Resizable divice, press resize before starting the game, to something like 640x480.
•  File/Open JAD file... -> TheAdventure.jad.
