The NICB’s Senior Vice President/General Counsel Robert H. Mason wrote a response to Zuppa’s well publicized complaint to the Attorney General re: the NICB’s refusal to become licensed like any other organization that performs private investigations in the State of New York.  See Zuppa’s Response to Mr. Mason’s letter and the Mason letter below.  Sources say that when Mason drafted the May 8, 2009 letter to the Attorney General’s Office he looked tired.  Worn.  Puffy.  Zuppa’s Pit is conducting photographic surveillance to verify the above.
