In this installment Zuppa addresses the Attorney General’s most recent submission in Operation Ripper – Zuppa’s Article 78 seeking to force the Superintendent of Insurance to enforce the laws and regulations that he is supposed to enforce and seeking to have the insurance companies and NICB obey the laws.
