Facing unrelenting pressure from Zuppa Dinallo said "No mas."  In the late hours of Friday May 29, 2009 Dinallo in a timid tone announced that he was resigning as New York's Superintendent of Insurance.  He looked tired.  Worn.  Puffy.  His cover story: some sort of lesser obscure professorship at a little known university.  We know the truth.
