 Spring Concert, 2009
VoiceLab
is Harvard's (mostly) graduate student mixed a cappella group that claims an
eclectic repertoire, ranging from world music to pop. When Steph Wooler
(VoiceLab President, 2005-2007) and Johannes Haushofer (Music Director, 2005-2007) succumbed to their
a cappella cravings in Fall 2005, they were met with an equally enthusiastic
response by fellow a cappella groupies. Since then, the group has attracted singers from throughout the Boston area. VoiceLab has performed in
nursing homes, at Dudley House with the Dudley House World Music Ensemble, at
the Kennedy School of Government talent show, and Harvard’s Arts First
Festival, at Faneuil Hall, at Harvard's first Acappellooza concert, and elsewhere. We've slowly grown over the years and now hold several concerts every semester, with our largest concert (with guest group) in May of each year.
