    Caifu received his B.S. in Electronic Science & Technology from Zhejiang University in 2007 and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA in 2009. He is the Ph.D candidate in Electrical Engineering right now. He joined the Device Research Lab (DRL) in UCLA since Sep. 2007. His research interests include revealing the unique electronic properties of graphene and utilize them to make novel graphene devices based on the tunneling process. 

    Caifu has a lot of experiences on nano fabrication, including E-beam lithography, E-beam deposition, PECVD, plasma ether, ALD, and etc. He is also good at device characterization including DC, and AC small signal measurements, at low temperature and large magnetic field using probe station and physical property measurement system (PPMS). He is very familiar with Keithley 4200, 2400, 6200, 2182a sources and meters, SR 530, SR 830 lock-in amplifier, as well as various programming tools such as Agilent VEE. He is also an expert on wire binder.
