During all of my professional experience I have contributed and joined forces with colleagues and institutions alike, with attention, dedication, discipline, reason and passion, for the ancient quest of guaranteeing humankind a scientific, technological, free, communal, socializing, universal, democratic, egalitarian, unhampered, and secure collection, organization, preservation, dissemination, access, and usage of all the general human intellect expressions from the past, present, and future through the institutions and entities of information recorded in documents.

• PhD degree in Information Studies (2003-2007) at the Department of Information Studies at the University of Sheffield, UK (Degree earned on 1st July 2010). Thanks to a scholarship of higher academic excellence from the Mexican National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) and The University of Sheffield. Supervisors from June 21, 2005 – August 4, 2009, Professor Nigel Ford, main supervisor and Ms. Briony Birdi (Train), adjunct supervisor. Supervisor from September 30, 2003 – June 20, 2005 Professor Bob Usherwood (he stopped being my supervisor because he retired from the university). • Master in Library Science degree (2000-2001) at the Department of Library and Information Studies, State University of New York at Buffalo, New York, USA (degree earned in February 2002). Field and anthropological research among the peasant women from the North East region of the state of Nuevo Leon, Mexico, the citric region. Consisting of the use of qualitative research of interviews to know about their living conditions when their husbands left them to go abroad to look for a job in the USA. This was part of a major research project carried on by a German sociologist, Dr. Veronika Sieglen and Mexican historian Mrs. Maria Zebadua, who did research among the women from the citric zones of Nuevo Leon as part of the genre studies and also as part of the oral traditions history of women. The findings of these projects were published in a series of books and journals of history at the Facultad de Filosofia y Letras (Faculty of Philosophy and Letters) at the University Autonomous of Nuevo Leon from 1991 to 1995. This project was credited as part of my Social Service University Project in order to obtain my Bachelor of Arts Diploma and I only participated 480 hours during the years of 1991 to 1992 as part of the requirements for graduation.
