1974年 3月15日生于武汉。
1997年毕业于湖北美术学院油画专业，获得学士学位。
2001年-2002年就读于卡尔·冯·奥西埃兹基 奥尔登堡大学 日耳曼文学专业，德国奥尔登堡。
2002年-2003年就读于威廉港·东佛里兰·奥尔登堡应用科技大学 建筑系，德国奥尔登堡。
2003年-2005年就读于德国柏林艺术大学 自由艺术系 ART IN CONTEXT 研究院。
2005年获得柏林艺术大学硕士学位。
