The event features a live band, dancing, a spectacular harbor view at sunset, and drinks and snacks (for purchase on board). The cruise has traditionally been a way for alumnae in the greater Boston area to meet and to network with other alumnae from 25+ participating schools. Good times are guaranteed! About AFC Mentoring

Adoption and Foster Care Mentoring (AFC Mentoring) was founded in 2001 with the mission to empower adopted and foster youth to flourish through committed mentoring relationships. AFC Mentoring began its first 1-1 and group mentoring relationships during the early spring of 2002 and has since enjoyed continued growth in staff, volunteers, and mentor matches. On January 1, 2004 AFC became an independent 501(c)3 and has grown to include a variety of new programs that serve youth in out-of-home care, from mentoring to internships to volunteering.  Learn more.
