The Best Grow Taller Basic Stretches

There are many grow taller exercises out there, here are just a few that come from the world of yoga and concentrate on stretching.

To start with we take a look at the Cobra, this focuses on the ab muscles and the front hips. The great grow taller benefit you get from this stretch is it as a great counter against rounded shoulders and slouching which can take inches off your height. It gentle extends your spine backwards.

Lying on a mat face down, with your hands beneath your shoulder. Slowly and gently push yourself up, this push should continue untill your arms are straight and your back must remain relaxed throughout.

Make sure you do not strain , only go so far as is comfortable for you. Repeat this process a few times. One other point worth mentioning is, do not tilt your head to far back.

The other grow taller  stretch that we will look at is called the cat stretch. When it comes to the cat stretch you will have to get down onto your hands and knees. Make sure your arms are locked. Pushing your spine down, bring your head up , you should inhale as you do this.

Next you should exhale as you bow your back into an arched position , your head should be brought downwards . Everytime you complete this it should last 4 to 9 seconds.
