The AGM of the Yorkshire Federation is to be held at Clifford Village Hall, Albion Street, Clifford, W. Yorks on Sunday 18 July 2010, commencing at 10:00 am (Click on 'Clifford Village Hall' for a map to the hall). This represents your Club's and its Members' best opportunity to influence the way in which Square Dancing operates within Yorkshire. Please could Club representative attending the meeting bring along requested dance dates along with as much detail as possible. Please note that items not included in the agenda with at least 14 days' notice cannot be voted on at the meeting so anything your Club wishes discussed should be with the Secretary before that time.
