We maintain an account at the York County Federal Credit Union under the YCDC Maine.
We use the funds to pay for rent at the Alfred church, postage for meetings and to contribute
or participate in events throughout the County.  
We have a Mission to elect Democrats in York County and we appreciate anything you can contribute

The current Treasurer is David Mongeau (2009-2010 Slate) from Springvale, ME

These are the duties of the Treasurer in the current by-laws.


The duties of the Treasurer shall be as follows:

            1. To disburse funds of the County Committee as may be ordered or

                 required by the County Committee.

            2. To keep a full and accurate record of all receipts and disbursements.

            3. To deposit all County Committee monies in the name of the York

                County Democratic Committee in a recognized bank or trust company.

            4. To provide a report of the transactions and financial condition of the

                County Committee at every regularly called County Committee meeting

                and quarterly written reports.

            5. To comply on a timely basis with all legal requirements relating to the

                receipt and disbursement of funds.

            6. To perform other duties that the County Committee may assign.
