___________________________________________________________________ Keri has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Holistic wellness became her passion after an insightful and transformational year long journey at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and has lead her to a career in yoga and nutrition. Keri is a Registered Dietitian, with a Master's Degree in Applied Nutrition and completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2009 at Frog Lotus in Costa Rica. She is a registered Yoga Alliance instructor. Keri has also studied with various renowned teachers of all yogic styles at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and the Omega Institute. She is currently participating in a research study looking at alternative therapies and if they can help improve the management of diabetes among adults. Yoga has provided Keri with equanimity between mind & body, enabling her to balance an active, busy lifestyle. She truly believes in the healing and transformational ability yoga provides and is so grateful for the opportunity to share her passion with others. Keri brings joy, fluidity, challenge and compassion to her teaching.
