The 10:30 – 11:45 class is an active vinyasa flow, adapted to the level of attendees, inspired by the Ashtanga tradition. After lunch, free time, hiking or a walking tour of the nearby sites is offered. At 5:00 there is an optional one hour restorative yoga class or elective class as requested by the group. Early in the morning a guided group meditation is offered to those who are interested.
