The 2011 Louisiana and Mississippi Delegation, or "Mississippiana"

Achievements

One delegate from Louisiana saw his proposal progress to the final round of debate. Sam Ingalls, of Mandeville, was recognized for authoring one of the ten best proposals of the conference and debated his proposal  to repeal the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act of 2009. It failed to pass after several rounds of heated debate.

A first-year delegate, Patrick Flanigan, progressed to the third committee, a tremendous recognition for a new CONA attendee.
