   We welcomed Daryll Hackett, director of Urban Circus Arts, as Director of Harrogate & district YfC, developing the Holy Kapow! ministry amongst young people - a new chapter in the life and ministry of youth work with YfC. From its infancy in 2008, the ministry of Holy Kapow! was spread across Yorkshire from York to Leeds and Bradford, including many venues around Harrogate. Various shows, written by Daryll, Jo and others including music by James Dey included: “A Circus Nativity”, “All of this” – a circus Easter story, “I-Create” – a story of creation and “Jesus, the lost circus years”, a complete life story of Jesus – including those difficult teenage years. Further productions: "The Old Testament, a circus odyssey”, a rip-roaring, fast-paced run through the Old-Testament (with a circus bent...).
