My name is Kinga.

I was born in Warsaw, Poland on 22 April 1984 and I continue to live here.

I was always interested in art, but chose it as a hobby and not a way of life.

 I was always fascinated with Japanese arts and I have a small collection of kimono. I was looking for some information about kimono, when I stumbled across some old kanzashi film and I've fallen in love with them.

Now, I've been making kanzashi since 2006. I have learned to make them step by step by myself, and though I never studied under any kanzashi master, I do try to keep as close to the original techniques as much as it is possible.

I also decided to share my joy and pride with all who enjoy such art...
