I am currently a post-doctoral researcher at University of California Santa Barbara, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

My primary research interest are:

  • -Efficient thermoelectric energy generation solution (IEE, CEEM)
  • -Energy efficient microelectronic cooling solution (IEE, CEEM)
  • -Role of heat and temperature in Si photonics: Control, Enhancement, or else? (Bowers's Group, UCSB)

My other research interests cover Heat Generation and Transportation in Solid-State Nano Devices, Optical Thermometry Development, Die to System Level IC Thermal Management, Hybrid and Solid State Cooling Solution and Image Processing Assisted Thermal Simulation.
