This camper can be pulled with just about anything (2185# dry).
Factory says sleeps 2-6 (I say 3 unless your good (I mean real good friends) ;) Maybe 4 if one sleeps on the floor.

Recent replacements/Upgrades:
Just had breaks inspected and NEW bearings/Race/Grease/Caps installed.
Have burch plywood for convertible bed planks/can use rear as perminate bed and sidge as dinette
Tire pressure monitoring caps.
New cell shades.
New shower curtin.
3 New tire put on 2 years ago <1000 miles.
Upgraded tongue jack (very easy crank) with stainless steel hardware.
High Lift sink neck.
Replaced roof vent covers.
Oh and the AC will run all day, without issue, with the Honda 2000i Generator (not included)!
Pick it up and your ready to go camping!
The only cosmetic blemish is on the side, there is rub marks that need to be buffed out. I tried to take different pictures of it, however it never showed on the picture(if you over look that, it is, it was rarely used and in excellent condition). I removed front casita 'sticker' because it was peeling, the left side 'sticker' are beginning to peel also (these are removable without sticky residue, so they are not really stickers). Nothing else cosmetic or otherwise is wrong with it. (You can order new stickers for near $100 if you want it to look brand new).
This camper has been used by the original owner for a total of two weeks (01-05) and I've used it for 2 weeks since I've owned it (05-09). I'm going full time and needed a larger unit. If you drive more than 4 hours and want to camp in Omaha, I'll try to make arrangements near by and pay for 1 night & show you the details of it.

These campers are hand made (I think near 50 a year) and you must preorder (for a new one) and the current waiting list is over a year!
The Casita Spirit Deluxe seventeen foot ( 17' ) is similar to the Scamp / Boiler / U-haul fiberglass travel trailer.
